Refund & Cancellation Policy

At present, EverOn Solutions does not collect any upfront fee from customers for the facilitation of rooftop solar applications under PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana through this website. Because no customer facilitation fee is collected, there is ordinarily no facilitation amount to refund.

Any charges payable to third parties, such as bank processing or documentation charges, government fees, metering or inspection charges, and the cost of equipment and installation, are determined and collected by those third parties under their own terms. Such third-party charges are not paid to EverOn Solutions and are non-refundable by EverOn Solutions. Any refund of such amounts is governed solely by the policies of the respective third party.

You may choose to discontinue your application at any time before it is finalised by contacting us. Because no facilitation fee is collected, cancellation of facilitation does not by itself create any refund obligation on EverOn Solutions. Any equipment, loan or government commitment you have separately entered into with a third party remains governed by that third party's terms.

If, in future, EverOn Solutions introduces a booking or service fee, the amount and its refundability or non-refundability will be clearly stated at the time of collection and on this page. The governing-law, jurisdiction and costs provisions of our Terms & Conditions, including the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mangaldoi, Darrang District, Assam, apply to this policy.
