EverOn Solutions is a proprietorship concern of Rajibul Islam, registered under Udyam Registration number UDYAM-AS-07-0012844 and operating from Bechimari, Darrang, Assam, India. EverOn Solutions assists households and establishments across Assam with the facilitation, documentation and installation coordination of rooftop solar systems under the Government of India scheme PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of this website and the services offered through it. By accessing the website, submitting an application, uploading documents, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms, our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Cookie Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the services.

EverOn Solutions acts solely as a facilitator and vendor that assists you with the preparation of applications, the collection and forwarding of documents, liaison with the relevant government portal, the distribution network operator (DISCOM) and partner banks or financiers, and the coordination of survey and installation. EverOn Solutions is not a government department, not a bank, and not a guarantor of any subsidy, loan or outcome.

Any final decision regarding subsidy eligibility, subsidy amount, loan sanction, sanctioned load, metering or grid connection rests exclusively with the competent government authorities, the DISCOM and the financing institutions, in accordance with their own rules, which may change from time to time without notice to us.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and authenticity of every document and every piece of information you submit, including your name, contact details, address, consumer number, sanctioned load, Aadhaar number, PAN, bank details and uploaded files. You confirm that you are entitled to share these documents and that they are genuine.

Submitting false, forged, altered or misleading documents or information is solely your liability. EverOn Solutions shall not be responsible for any rejection, delay, penalty or legal consequence arising from inaccurate or fraudulent information supplied by you, and may suspend or terminate the processing of your application in such cases.

EverOn Solutions does not guarantee the approval of any government subsidy, the sanction of any bank loan, any specific timeline, any particular electricity-bill saving figure, or any other outcome that depends upon third parties such as government departments, the DISCOM, banks, financiers or equipment manufacturers. Any estimates, indicative figures or timelines we share are for general guidance only and are not a promise.

Subsidy amounts, eligibility conditions and scheme rules are governed solely by the Government of India and the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana framework and may be changed, reduced, delayed, suspended or discontinued by the authorities without notice. EverOn Solutions is not responsible for any such change, delay, rejection or discontinuation.

The website and the services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EverOn Solutions excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, and for any loss of savings, profits, data or opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of EverOn Solutions in connection with the website or the services shall not exceed the amount, if any, actually paid by you to EverOn Solutions for those services.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless EverOn Solutions, its proprietor, staff and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these terms, your misuse of the website or services, or your submission of false, forged or misleading information or documents.

These terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India. Before approaching any court, the parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably, and the aggrieved party shall send a written notice describing the dispute to the grievance contact set out in our Grievance Redressal page and allow a reasonable period for resolution.

Subject to the above, any dispute, claim or proceeding arising out of or relating to the website, the services, or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mangaldoi, Darrang District, Assam, and the parties irrevocably submit to that jurisdiction.

EverOn Solutions shall not bear any litigation, legal, travel or related expenses of any other party. Each party shall bear its own costs, and the party that initiates or pursues any legal proceeding shall bear all costs and expenses it incurs in doing so.

EverOn Solutions may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page, with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
